Renowned real estate developer Prince Huan Yu and Cambodia’s leading property consulting agency Pointer Property have joined hands to raise the market potential of Prek Phnov district with an innovative new residential project Samraong Village which focuses on green community living.
Located along National Road 5 north of Phnom Penh, ground was broken on Samraong Village in June and is being built on 270 hectares of land, with the first phase covering 33 hectares.
The northern part of Phnom Penh is a newly-developed zone with incredible potential. Not only surrounded by well-connected infrastructure, but the district is also home to many large-scale projects such as a 5-star golf club, the Morodok Techo National Stadium, Safari, and Garden City Water Park, among others.
Besides being situated in a prime location and having an innovative design, another highlight of Samraong Village is a collaboration between Prince Huan Yu Real Estate and Pointer which is a well-known real estate agent with numerous achievements in the market.
CEO of Pointer Property Nguon Chhayleang said that despite the COVID-19 pandemic, demand for housing continues to grow.
“Most Cambodians are now turning to housing projects with large spaces, gardens, and a natural living environment, and Samraong Village has answered all those demands,” he added.
According to Prince Huan Yu Real Estate, Samraong Village is the latest project into which the firm has put their best efforts from their extensive experiences in Cambodia with many large-scale projects such as Prince Golden Bay, Prince Huan Yu Center, and Prince Financial Tower, among others.
